Fusing Flavors Redwood City couple Karen and Rahul Singh are blending their cultures through an Indian-Filipino food concept called SpiceVow. Inspired by Karen’s Filipino roots and Rahul’s Indian heritage, their dishes include paneer-stuffed lumpia, butter chicken palabok, and ube chai. The married couple met in 2019 while working at Bon Appetit Management Company and launched their catering and weekend pop-up in May. The name SpiceVow reflects both their marriage and the union of their cultures, bringing together family traditions, flavors, and their shared love for food.
We founded SpiceVow in 2025 with a shared vision: to create meaningful food experiences that honor culture, craftsmanship, and connection.
We are a husband-and-wife team blending Indian 🇮🇳 and Filipino 🇵🇭cuisine through thoughtful fusion, elevated presentation, and professional hospitality. What began as intimate pop-ups from our kitchen has grown into full-service catering, private events, and live on-site experiences.
Rahul, our Executive Chef, brings professional culinary expertise, precision, and deep respect for traditional flavors. His approach focuses on balance, authenticity, and elevated execution—transforming familiar dishes into refined experiences.
Karen, our Restaurant Manager, leads operations, guest experience, and event coordination. From the first inquiry to the final plate, we ensure every detail is handled with care, warmth, and intention.
We specialize in luxury catering and interactive live stations, including Live Chaat and Pav Bhaji, designed to bring energy, elegance, and unforgettable moments to weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
At SpiceVow, food is more than a meal—it is a promise. A promise to honor heritage, serve with heart, and create lasting memories at every table we touch.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your celebrations.
