SpiceVow is an Indian-Filipino fusion food concept founded in Redwood City, California by husband-and-wife team Karen and Rahul Singh. Inspired by Karen’s Filipino roots and Rahul’s Indian heritage, SpiceVow brings two rich culinary cultures together through thoughtful fusion and elevated comfort food.
Their journey started as home pop-ups, where they introduced dishes like butter chicken palabok, paneer-stuffed lumpia, tandoori sisig, and ube chai. As interest grew, SpiceVow expanded into catering, private dining, and live food stations for weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations across the Bay Area.
The name SpiceVow reflects both their marriage and their mission: honoring culture, family, and hospitality through food. Every menu celebrates the union of flavors, traditions, and people — crafted with heart, purpose, and pride.

Rahul, our Executive Chef, brings professional culinary expertise, precision, and deep respect for traditional flavors. His approach focuses on balance, authenticity, and elevated execution—transforming familiar dishes into refined experiences.
Karen, our Restaurant Manager, leads operations, guest experience, and event coordination. From the first inquiry to the final plate, we ensure every detail is handled with care, warmth, and intention.
We specialize in luxury catering and interactive live stations, including Live Chaat and Pav Bhaji, designed to bring energy, elegance, and unforgettable moments to weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
