Catering and party tray orders: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is required to confirm your order.
• Please cancel at least 72 hours before pickup/delivery to avoid full charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50–100% depending on order size.• Remaining balance is due on the day of pickup/delivery before release of the order. ? We recommend booking early to reserve your spot!
Wedding Catering Booking & Cancellation Policy
A signed contract and a 40% deposit of the total quoted price are required to secure your wedding date. The deposit is applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable if you cancel.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before the wedding. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will be charged the full contracted amount, as food preparation and staffing may already be underway.
